My Story

Jim McKenzie was a deep man, very passionate. and protective of his family. His last
years of life were very hard due to illnesses, and injuries. His wonderful wife stood by his side during these difficult times, and without her life would have been much more difficult than it was. He was not a great communicator, but when he did speak it had substance or conviction. With my father you always knew where you stood with him due to his frank words, that at times unfortunately could hurt. He survived illnesses and injuries which would have taken most people to their deaths sooner, but he was a very strong man and he over came them all until now when God was ready for him, My father was special to me because he cared, and although he was not always able to show his true feelings regarding this but you know he did care., and this is what was special to me. Not only did he receive a medal of valor in World War 11, but he was a successful attorney, who provided for his family without his family lacking anything.
He also had a sense of humor that was above reproach, and would chuckle with ease to
things he found funny. He will be missed by all who could see beyond his harshness, frankness, and often times silence, my personal saddness is deep and I say God take care of daddy Jim he was a very good man. He is survived by his lovely wife, and 3 lovely girls. BE AT PEACE DAD, I AM SORRY FOR ALL OF Y OUR PAIN ON THIS EARTH, I LOVE YOU DEARLY.
